Look in the top left corner of this screen, you’d see a mobile button called “Toggle Device Toolbar”, click on it. Step 3 – A new screen will pop up on the left side of your pc. The reason, understandably, is to promote the users to engage with their app using their mobile phones. It’s a bit dismaying for us Insta lovers to realize that Instagram officially does not allow users to post from their computers. In that case, it is obviously more convenient to just click the “ Upload” button from the desktop only rather than transferring the edited file on your phone and then uploading it.
Suppose you have to edit pics in Photoshop before uploading them on Instagram. Or it may just be that you find it easier to use your company’s desktop to upload files as they are easily accessible while using a desktop. To be using your mobile alongside accessing the PC can be pretty hectic in the company’s open environment and thus you’d rather want to use a desktop to post pictures on Instagram.
